An original character of mine, I drew her sprites and wrote her code from scratch. She is a cosplayer, and she mimics other chars for some of her attacks, but I drew all of those sprites by myself too.

This is Sakura Kinomoto from the doujin game Magical Heroines Plus. All of her attacks from the game are used, and there are some that were added to this version. There are separate versions for Mugen 1.0 and WinMugen.

Kensei Shoujo: Limit Impact is a doujin games created by Dreaming Ark which is likelly a parody/homage to several comercial games like Street Fighter, King of Fighters series and Variable Geo, here is a video of the game which features the main character Hibiki till the end:
